These Terms and Conditions govern the use of MedPathway Tutors’ services and website. By booking tutoring sessions or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
MedPathway Tutors provides personalised educational support, mentoring, tutoring, interview preparation, and academic guidance for GCSE, A-Level, Foundation, UCAT, Medical School and related educational programmes.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Lessons must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required before scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Any agreed package purchases are non-transferable unless approved by MedPathway Tutors.
4. Cancellations
Student Cancellation
- More than 24 hours’ notice: session may be rescheduled.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: full session fee may be charged.
Tutor Cancellation
If a tutor is unable to attend, the session will be rescheduled or refunded where appropriate.
5. Attendance
Students are responsible for attending lessons on time and ensuring they have appropriate internet access and equipment for online sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, notes, slides, worksheets, recordings, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of MedPathway Tutors and may not be distributed, copied, sold, or shared without written permission.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate tutoring services where inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour occurs.
8. No Guarantee of Admission or Grades
Although we aim to maximise student performance, we cannot guarantee examination grades, UCAT scores, interview success, university admission, or academic outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the tutoring services purchased by the client.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
