My Background 

I studied at St Andrews before continuing my medical training at the University of Manchester, going through the full UK medical school application process myself — UCAT, personal statement, and MMI interviews — before ever tutoring anyone else through it. That first-hand experience of what actually works under real exam and interview pressure shapes every part of how Med Pathway Tutors approaches preparation, rather than working from generic advice. 

6+ Years of Tutoring Experience

Over the past six-plus years, I’ve worked 1-to-1 with students across the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait, supporting them through UCAT preparation, personal statement writing, MMI interview coaching, A-Level and GCSE tutoring, and Foundation Year support for international students transitioning into the UK system. 

Why I Started Med Pathway Tutors 

Medical school applications are competitive by nature, but a huge amount of that competitiveness comes down to preparation and guidance, not just raw ability. I started Med Pathway Tutors to close that gap — offering the same structured, 1-to-1 approach that helped me secure my own offers, adapted to each student’s starting point rather than a one-size-fits-all course.
