I'm Kishan Manani, a qualified medical doctor, and I founded Med Pathway Tutors to give applicants the kind of structured, honest support I wish I'd had access to when I was applying myself.
I studied at St Andrews before continuing my medical training at the University of Manchester, going through the full UK medical school application process myself — UCAT, personal statement, and MMI interviews — before ever tutoring anyone else through it. That first-hand experience of what actually works under real exam and interview pressure shapes every part of how Med Pathway Tutors approaches preparation, rather than working from generic advice.
Over the past six-plus years, I’ve worked 1-to-1 with students across the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait, supporting them through UCAT preparation, personal statement writing, MMI interview coaching, A-Level and GCSE tutoring, and Foundation Year support for international students transitioning into the UK system.
Medical school applications are competitive by nature, but a huge amount of that competitiveness comes down to preparation and guidance, not just raw ability. I started Med Pathway Tutors to close that gap — offering the same structured, 1-to-1 approach that helped me secure my own offers, adapted to each student’s starting point rather than a one-size-fits-all course.
Med Pathway Tutors has maintained a 100% success rate across the students it has worked with to date. You can hear directly from parents and students about their experience on the Testimonials page — including families who worked with me through UCAT preparation, Foundation Year support, and full application coaching.
